India's Options Post- Pulwama

India conducted a pre-emptive strike on a training camp of Jaish-e-Mohammad in Balakot on 26 February 2019. This was in response to the 14 February 2019 incident when 40 CRPF personnel were shot during peacetime in the Pulwama District of J&K. Discussing the situation and the options laid in front of India that are beyond surgical strikes and war, I wrote an article.
