SAARC and COVID-19

At a time when the world is jostling with the dreaded COVID-19, and people are left with no choice but quarantine themselves at home, my published commentary on the options for regional organizations, especially SAARC, makes for not just an interesting read but offers an insight into the challenges lying ahead of the states leaders.
